Hello friends! Elevated Catering Company feels truly honored to announce that we will be a part of the Roots for Reece event once again this year. Programs like this, joining forces with the NC Harm Reduction Coalition, are so vital in supporting individuals on their journeys of recovery. We believe in extending a hand to those in need, providing resources for them to reclaim their lives.
While our own Chef Brian DePaulis path has had its share of challenges, we are ever so grateful thankful for the help and second chances he received along the way. Without that support system, he may have remained stuck instead of being able to rebuild his life and pursue his masterful, culinary passion.
Today, Chef Brian DePaulis celebrates 15 years of sobriety, but he has never forgotten what it took to get him where he is today. That’s why it brings Elevated Catering Company such joy to give back through events like this. By coming together as a community, we can extend a hand to those struggling, providing them with the resources to reclaim their lives just as Chef Brian DePaulis was able to.

We are grateful to be part of this powerful movement, as over 20 restaurants and bars come together on Sunday, June 9th from 3 PM – 7 PM to beat opiate addiction and support the vital work of the North Carolina Harm Reduction Coalition. This event is hosted at Haven Farms located at 8521 Buffaloe Road, Knightdale, NC 27545. There will be live music, mouth-watering food, refreshing beverages, and exciting raffles.
