This July 4th weekend, while the Triad lights up fireworks and celebrates 250 years of freedom, we’re sitting with something deeper. Two years running as Triad’s Best Caterer. Best Chef for the first time. And honestly? We’re overwhelmed with gratitude.
But not for the reasons you might think.
The Real Story
These awards mean something because of what they represent. Every couple who trusted us with one of the most important days of their lives. Every corporate team we’ve fed. Every private dinner, every celebration, every gathering around a table we’ve had the privilege to be part of – that’s what these awards are really about.
I didn’t start this company to win awards. I started it because I know what second chances look like. I know what it means to rebuild. And I know that when you get that chance, you don’t waste it.
Years ago, a monumental event forced me to see my life through the lens of purpose. I made decisions that changed everything. And I promised myself that if I ever got the opportunity to do something meaningful, I’d do it with everything I had. That’s not just talk for us – that’s who we are.
The Team Behind the Table
Here’s what people don’t always see: this company isn’t me. It’s the hands that plate every dish at 11 PM. It’s Jennifer coordinating every detail. It’s our team showing up, believing in excellence, and treating every event like it’s the most important one we’ve ever done.
The Elevated Way isn’t just the food on the table. It’s the smiles greeting guests. The long hours. The passion. The people standing beside us who get it – who understand that we’re not just catering, we’re creating moments people remember for a lifetime.
From mountaintops to backyards, vineyards to family farms, we’ve gathered around tables and witnessed something sacred. And every single time, it’s because our team believes in doing it right.
Why This Matters Right Now
On a weekend celebrating American independence and freedom, I’m thinking about what freedom really means. It means second chances. It means community believing in you. It means getting to do work that matters with people you love.
That’s what these two awards represent to me. Not trophies. Not recognition. But proof that our community saw what we were trying to build and said yes. They invited us to their tables. They trusted us. They believed.
Looking Ahead
We’re grateful beyond words for this year. For every client. For every vendor we’ve partnered with. For every planner, venue, and for every person who made space for us at the table.
And we’re even more excited for what’s ahead. There’s something beautiful coming this fall and winter – something we can’t quite talk about yet, but it’s going to mean a lot to this community. We can feel it.
Until then, we’re doing what we do best: showing up, serving with excellence, and creating moments that matter.
From the bottom of our hearts – thank you. For voting. For believing. For inviting us to be part of your most meaningful moments.
Here’s to 250 years of freedom. Here’s to second chances. Here’s to gathering beautifully.
We’re honored to serve you.
