This is the ticket for attending the Supper Club event at STEM Beverage & Supply located in Winston-Salem, NC

First Course
Burrata salad-Arugula spinach mix, roasted fennel, English cucumbers, roasted sweet potatoes, marinated Vidalia onions, tangerine gastrique, cured egg yolk snow, Finished with tyme sea salt
Second Course
Apricot toast-Whipped agave lemon ricotta herb spread, Diced apricot pieces, pickled champagne onion, arugula pestu, toasted almond slices
Third Course
Leak Yukon Gold parsnip bisque-garnished with chopped dill, chopped parsley, olive oil, cracked black pepper yogurt, Candied spiced pepitas
Fourth Course
SOGA glazed short ribs-Topped with Toasted barbecue peanut dust, chives, Miso glazed Brussel sprout’s and Farro
Fifth Course
Lemon sour cream pound cake-Lemon simple syrup, Three citrus mascarpone frosting, Diced orange candy pieces

***There will be no ticket sales available on-site the day of an event. Tickets must be procured in advance through our online store. Prohibiting door sales enables us to appropriately accommodate all guests who have already purchased admission, in terms of seating, catering, amenities and ambiance.
